1. WAJIB menyertakan VIDEO UNBOXING PAKET (Tanpa Edit, Cut & packingan awal dari kami dengan jelas sebelum paket dibuka) setelah terima paket dari kurir
2. Tidak menerima retur karena kesalahan dalam pemilihan ukuran / model / warna karena sudah dijelaskan di deskripsi produk
3. Jika kerusakan paket terjadi karena PIHAK EKSPEDISI kami TIDAK akan melayani retur
4. Retur tidak kami layani apabila pembeli telah memberikan REVIEW NEGATIF / PENILAIAN NEGATIF atau berkata KASAR dalam menyampaikan komplain
