Olympus Sashiko Needle

Package of two sashiko needles one long and one short. Strong shaft and large eyes make these good sashiko needles.
These are my favorite needles if I am sashiko stitching heavy fabrics or through multiple layers of fabric, but they are also my favorite needle anytime I need a strong needle, for denim repairs or canvas fabrics, for example. I also use them to stitch the fabric to the metal purse clasp frames because the eyes are strong enough handle the pulling to snug the fabric to the frame tightly, and they handle thick bag making thread.
