Its CREE XM-L U2 LED throws an impressive 900 lumens to almost 1, 600 ft. The hard-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum body houses 6 x CR123A batteries. Yet the incredibly tough SR51 still remains handy and portable with long run time for search and rescue or even tactical missions. The side switch selects between two brightness levels, a strobe mode, and a lock-out function to prevent accidental activation.
