At the bottom a series of waves crashes into the meter. Next there is the thermometer in the center. Celsius is on the left and Fahrenheit is on the right. A red tragedy mask sits just below the bottom of the thermometer bulb. The comedy mask sits at the top. Sitting on top of the meter is an octopus. Its tentacles wrap around the sides and towards the bottom of the nautical thermometer. Two of the tentacles split just above the comedy mask.
