Manufactured from High Visibility PVC tarpaulin so can be seen day or night, this waterproof Backpack has been designed with safety in mind.

SEALING
Tightly roll the top of the neck toward the front or back 3 times purging some air at the same time.
Top Closure System - Bring both ends of the waterproof backpack together and clip the buckles to securely fasten and create a waterproof seal.
Side Closure System - Connect the buckles at each side and pull compression straps to securely fasten and create a waterproof seal.
