The kit includes three 9 inch pans and one 3 ring batter divider which is used to separate the vanilla and chocolate batter while pouring. Once you ve baked the cakes achieving the checkerboard effect is simple: just stack the baked layers so the colors alternate then frost. Hand washing recommended.
