These Nine& 39;Sea Stories& 39; are all written from personal experience of the Author.& 34;Tui Lau& 34; is the unique account of the South Pacific rescue of over 100 people by a helicopter flown by the Author. It was a protracted, dangerous and difficult rescue with a memorable aftermath.& 34;Hurricane& 34; describes a ship caught in a particular mid-Atlantic storm, whereas& 34;Mutiny& 34; is drawn from a combination of several sequences of events and is presented as a work of fiction.& 34;A Matter of Conscience& 34; is a sad story, variations of which have occurred all too frequently with sailors far from home.& 34;The Collision& 34; and& 34;The King and I& 34; show two extremes of service in the same Fleet Destroyer.& 34;Dunsley Wyke& 34; gives a snapshot of life in the fishing industry,& 34;The Chase& 34; is set in the Cold War era and& 34;Out to Lunch& 34; gives an amusing and informal view of Coastal Forces in the 1960s..
