The Nikon Coolpix L23 is an entry level compact digital camera. L23 is a 10.1 megapixel camera and is powered by EXPEED C2 Image Processing Engine. This Coolpix camera is equipped with a 5x optical zoom NIKKOR lens and has 28mm (35mm format equivalent) focal length. Body The Nikon L23 weighs 170g and has dimension of 96.7 x 59.9 x 29.3 mm. The camera features a 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 230,000 dot pixels. The Coolpix L23 has an internal memory of 22MB and supports external memory cards such as SD, SDHC and SDXC. The camera comes with LR6/L40 alkaline battery, which can take up to 250 pictures. A user can also use rechargeable Ni-MH Battery EN-MH2 and FR6/L91 lithium battery, which can click up to 250 pictures and 660 pictures, respectively. Performance The Nikon Coolpix L23 can zoom up to 5x optically and 4x digitally. This camera has a Focus range of 30cm in normal mode and 3cm in macro mode. The camera has auto ISO sensitivity ranging from ISO 80-1600. The internal Flash has various modes such as Auto, Auto with red-eye reduction, Flash Off, Fill flash and Slow sync. Features and Connectivity Coolpix 23 features various scene modes such as Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night portrait, Party/indoor, Beach, Snow, Sunset, Dusk/dawn, Night landscape, Close-up, Food, Museum, Fireworks show, Black and White Copy, Backlighting, and Panorama assist.
