The different beans that compose the blend are roasted separately, with the Brazilian portion serving as a deeply roasted base, topped with a lightly roasted Mexican Arabica for its delicate aromatics. A fine grind preserves the coffee’s aromatic finesse and keeps Ispirazione Roma powerful yet mild; a true testimonial to Rome’s rich story of contrasts.
