ROASTING
Split roast both coffees at a relatively low temperature for a moderate amount of time - just long enough to develop the coffee's inherent sweetness.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Hardly a hint of roastiness and almost no bitterness or acidity. Creamy caramel and sweet biscuit notes when you add milk, lending a decadent smoothness to the cup.
