Cooking Instructions Dal - ½ cup Brinjal- 10 pieces Drumstick - 2 nos. Ladies finger - 4 nos. Tomato, Mango - To taste Onion - 2 nos. Nellara Sambar Powder - 3 Tsp. Pressure cook the washed dal with vegetables and half the liter water. Add Nellara Sambar Powder, tamarind juice, tomatoes and ladies finger and bring to boil. Season with dry chilies, mustard and curry leaves.
