No preservatives No artificial flavours No artificial colours Cooking Instructions Fish - 500gms Tomato (Chopped) - 3(150gm) Green Chilly (Slit) Ginger (Chopped) - 1” piece Garlic (Chopped) - 15g (4 cloves) Onion (Chopped) - 150 g Curry Leaves - A few Nellara Fish Curry Masala - 3 t/s Oil - 3 t/s Chilly Powder - ½ t/s Salt - To taste Water - 4 t/s (for soaking fish masala) Smear the sliced fish with chilly powder and salt, Keep aside 30 minutes. Then fry it till it is lightly brown on both sides. Then brown the onion and add ginger, green chilly, garlic and curry leaves. Fry this for 2 minutes. Add the tomato and sauté. Nellara Fish Curry Masala in water and sauté with the other ingredients for 30 seconds. Add 2 cups (16oz) of water and salt to taste. Cover and boil. Add the fish and cook it on a low fire till the gravy thickens. This recipe can also be followed without frying the fish.
