Impress family, friends and even yourself with this award winning Nando's Bag & Bake seasoning.
It'll bring any meal to life with a touch of PERi-PERi (African Bird's Eye Chilli) or a mix of herbs and a hint of lemon.
Directions:
[Bag it]
* Pop 4 chicken breasts or your choice of meat and veggies (approx. 500 g) in the cooking bag provided, add the PERi-PERi spice, fold the open edge of the bag twice and crease well.
* Give it a gentle shake to spread the spice
[Bake it]
* Preheat the oven to 210C (fan assisted 190C)
* Place the bag lying flat on a baking tray with the seams downwards and place on the bottom rack of the oven.
* Cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
* When the buzzer goes, open the bag, coat the chicken in the juices and serve.
