Mythology (Curriculum Unit)

Emphasizing critical thinking skills, these 40 lessons help students understand the pervasiveness of classical mythology in Western literature and its continuing cultural influence. The lessons-with teaching notes, background, and handouts-cover such topics as Olympian gods, comparative creation myths, comparative underworlds, heroes, the Trojan War, the Thebes cycle, and modern myths.
