My Globe Font

My Globe is a custom typeface. It is modeled after the Didone or Modern genre of typefaces, which are characterized by high contrast and broad strokes. My Globe's serif design was inspired by the beautiful triangle-like serifs commonly found in Chinese typography. The terminal stroke in My Globe mimics the left and right falling strokes in many Chinese typefaces. My Globe uses an unbracketed foot serif, which makes it appear neat and tidy.
