Tapioca Pearl atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan boba / bubble hitam ini merupakan salah satu topping terfavorit yang sedang viral digunakan dalam berbagai kreasi minuman.

Instruksi penyajian:
1. Masak air hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan Boba lalu aduk-aduk sampai mengapung.
3. Kecilkan api secukupnya (jangan sampai tumpah ketika panci ditutup), tutup panci.
4. Masak selama 30 menit, (jangan lupa diaduk setiap 10 menit).
5. Setelah 30 menit, matikan api dan biarkan tertutup selama 15 menit.
6. Bilas dengan air bersih , lalu tiriskan tiriskan.
7. Masukkan dalam wadah dan beri air atau gula aren cair secukupnya agar boba tidak lengket dan saling menempel
