A group of famous detectives including Hercule Poirot, Miss Marple, Charlie Chan, Nick and Nora Charles, Sam Spade, and their sidekicks are invited to a strange mansion by its mysterious owner, Lionel Twain, to solve a murder mystery. What follows is the utter chaos mixed-up with hilarious situations. Directed by Robert Moore, a 1976 American mystery comedy film, Murder by Death, has a cast featuring Peter Sellers, Peter Falk and Alec Guinness in lead roles. Written by Neil Simon, this movie is a spoof of the traditional country-house whodunit.
