Movcam 3-Axis Wireless Lens Control System
The 3 Axis Wireless Lens Control System has completed the final rigorous testing series and is now available. Movcam's dedication to smooth functionality and intuitive design has created a no-compromise system with superior performance when compared to other systems currently on the market; and at an affordable price. The 3 Axis Wireless Lens Control System can operate Canon/Fuji lenses with built in servo motors which require optional control cables. Start/Stop record trigger control is available via optional control cables for most popular cameras including: Sony F55 RED Epic / Scarlet / Dragon ARRI & ARRI Alexa LANC Control - Compatible with Canon C300/C500, Sony FS7/FS700 and Black Magic Cinema and Pocket CamerasMCS-1 Hand Control UnitThe MCS-1 Hand Control Unit for the 3 Axis Wireless System was designed to be lightweight, ergonomic and to be easily operated. The MCS-1 Control Unit features: 3.7 inch OLED touch screen offers convenient operation, viewable in sunlight ENG lens control w/ optional cable 3D Function Mode Wireless camera control for RED EF Lens Control for RED Lens Mapping - SD Card Storage Two control modes: Wireless or Hardwired Real time display of lens data and system main data Pre-programmed and user definable lens data Data entry via touch screen display Pressure sensitive Zoom control knob Lens travel limit setting between 2 designated points A and B Motor direction changeable via button on motor Dampened focus hand wheel and iris slider control Backlight on handwheel and function buttons Operates on SONY NP-F550/570 series batteries (not include)The MRS-1 Receiver Module
The MRS-1 Receiver Module for Wireless Lens Control System is expandable by adding up to 2 additional control receiver modules to control other aspects of the lens.
FCC approved wireless module with ISM 2.4M frequency range
Transmission Delay: less than 12ms
Indoor transmission distance: 30 meters Outdoor transmission distance: 200 meters
Onboard .48" OLED Screen, visible in sunlight
MD-I Iris Motor Drive ModuleThe MD-I Iris Motor Drive Module helps you expand your Movcam wireless lens control system to enable wireless adjustment of your lens' iris by connecting to a compatible lens motor. Depending on the number of axes required, the MD-I stacks right onto the separate MRS-1 Receiver Module for a scalable, yet unified solution. The compact form factor of the expanded system won't bulk up smaller rigs. Using the separately available MCS-1 hand unit can expand the system further with the MD-Z to assemble a full 3-axis FIZ control system. The MD-I is compatible with the same Movcam and 3rd party motors as the MRS-1 main unit. This module will only respond to iris demands from the controller and will not interface with other modules. A full FIZ system requires the MRS-1, MD-I, and MD-Z units.

The MD-Z stacks onto the MRS-1 Receiver Module (sold seperately) for a scalable, unified solution. If combined with the MCS-1 hand unit, the system can be further expanded with the MD-I to assemble a full 3-axis FIZ control system.

UM-3 Digital MotorThe Movcam UM-3 Digital Motor interfaces with Movcam's wireless follow focus systems. The integrated rod mount is compatible with 19mm rods, and with the included adapter, 15mm rods as well. The rod mount can be secured to the bottom or the side of the unit itself, granting flexible positioning along the side of your lens. Its relatively slight form factor lends itself to use on rigs both large and small.
