Komposisi: air, kacang kedelai, beras, garam, pati beras, ragi, etanol
Resep Sup Miso
Bahan:
tofu jepang 200 gr
daun bawang ½ btg
rumput laut kering 4 gr
pasta miso 80 gr
air 800 ml
dashi powder 4 gr
Cara Membuat:
1. Potong tahu menjadi bentuk dadu
2. Potong rumput laut kering kira2 1cm, siram dengan air agar lunak, tiriskan
3. Potong serong daun bawang
4. Rebus air dan dashi powder dengan api besar hingga mendidih
5. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api ke sedang, lalu masukkan tahu dan daun bawang
6. Kalau air mendidih kembali, kecilkan api sedang ke kecil, masukkan pasta miso dan aduk rata, Masukkan rumput laut dan matikan api (tidak perlu direbus lama)
