The resource bar called 'Adrenaline' unlocks powerful special attacks, which impact the game when used tactfully. Moreover, a precious war experience gained after every battle allows for bonus perks and weapons to be a great addition to the arsenal of the player team's firepower.The player can choose between various iconic brothers-in-arms to create a dream team tasked with stopping the war. Then begin attacks on the targets with the so-called 'sync mechanic' to deal tons of damage. Should the dream team struggle with the mission, the player can call available reinforcements to settle a score. The best advice may be that surrender is never an option. Many challenges are ahead, but with proper tactics, none of them are impossible to overcome.The music created by Tee Lopes accompanying the player's efforts is another homage to the classic series and a way to memorialize the renowned universe.StoryThis new entry to the franchise of metal slug, full of memorable villains, focuses on the evil Donald Morden. After staying hidden for years in a country out of reach for the World Government, he patiently organized his army and orchestrated a coup the grâce.
