The Metabo BSA 18 LED 4000, 18V Dimmable Cordless Site Light provides a range of 700-4000 Lumens for wide-spread illumination of the work area. The IP54 rated lid provides enhanced protection against dust and water penetration. The light intensity can be infinitely adjusted via dial for ideal light setting with maximum runtime. The battery level indicator informs on remaining runtime and the light flashes when the battery needs to be replaced. Rubberized grip and leg molds reduce the risk of accidental skidding and damage to delicate surfaces, and allow for 270° rotation of the head. A spark resistant lens protects the LEDs which are arranged in a spread-out pattern for wide illumination to reduce shadows. Versatile mounting features include magnets, 5/8” threaded hole for attachment to tripods, as well as a keyhole for hanging. The light is more compact than previous models, offers a USB port, and accepts 18V battery packs (bare tool only - batteries and chargers sold separately). Every Metabo battery is engineered with multiple levels of protection to extend service life. Proprietary ULTRA-M™ technology allows the tool, battery, and charger to communicate with each other for optimized performance. Single Cell Protection in conjunction with Overload Protection prevents over-charge/over-discharge to the individual battery cells and extends service life of both the tool and battery pack by preventing damage from overheating. A fully charged battery pack will deliver 100% of its power in temperatures ranging from 5°F to 122°F. The battery contains integrated impact and skid resistant rubber to stand up to the toughest jobsite conditions, as well as a 4-LED capacity indicator to display the remaining charge. The patented air-cooled battery charging system charges up to 30% faster for less downtime.
