ORDER TIME :
• PRE-ORDER H -1 (07:00 - 20:00).

• Orders received after 20:00 pm will be dispatched 2 days later as all our products use fresh raw materials and require time in the handcrafted production process to ensure high quality of the product and freshly bake.
DELIVERY TIME :
• The Order Start Shipping every day at 07:00 - 13:00
• Cannot change address once order has been placed
• Delivery using only Instant, Gojek & Grab
• All products are picked up in good condition, delivery by motorbike (ojol) over long distances has the potential to squash or damage the products. We always remind drivers to be careful to handle the product. If there is damage to the product in a delivery then we are not responsible for the ojol fault.
PACKING:
• Shipment over 12 pcs will use Box Exclusive Le Louvre Patisserie Brand within size 40 x 30 x 10 cm, Order 8-12 pcs will use Box Union Le Louvre Patisserie Brand within size 25,5 x 25,5 x 15 cm. Order below 8 pcs will use Sous Bag Le Louvre Patisserie Brand within size 19 x 13 x 30 cm, and wrapped in clear plastic per piece.
• Box Exclusive Le Louvre Patisserie Brand Size. 40 x 30 x 10 cm will be packed with Tote Bag Le Louvre Patisserie Brand. Box Union Le Louvre Patisserie Brand within size 25,5 x 25,5 x 15 cm will be packed with Paper Bag Le Louvre Patisserie Brand. Sous Bag Le Louvre Patisserie Brand within size 19 x 13 x 30 cm will be use regular clear plastic take-away.

STORAGE:
• We suggest that you immediately put the product into a tightly closed container to maintain its freshness.
• Room Temperature : Max 1-2 days
• Chiller Temperature : Max 4 days
• Freezer Temperature : Max 2 weeks
SERVING:
• Please Use Oven (do not use Microwave)
• Preheat oven until get the temperature 170 C
• Bake product in oven temperature 170 C or Air Fryer at temperature 170 C for about 5-6 minutes.
