Alfa International ALFA MC5 Meat Grinder 1/2 HP meat chopper and grinder. It’s easy to find an inexpensive electric meat grinder but it’s much harder to find one worth the money. Alfa s MC5 meat chopper and grinder is such a machine a favorite of hunters and do-it-yourself chefs. The chopper/grinder is built with steel gears (not hardened plastic) and a 350 Watt 1/2 horsepower motor. The chopper/grinder is built with a die-cast aluminum grinding head and comes with a pan auger one #12 knife three grinding plates (fine 1/8 medium 3/16 and coarse 5/16) and three food-safe plastic stuffing tubes. The MC5 has a compact footprint perfect both for light commercial or home use with an output of 2-3 pounds of meat per minute. Designed with a forward and a reverse switch for processing. This machine is also easy to clean and maintain. Comes with a built-in overload protection switch for safety during the operation of the machine. Easy to clean.
