Asli Taiwan. Kualitas Terbaik! Tekstur lembut dan rasa yang enak.
Cocok sebagai makanan penutup, topping minuman, atau campuran pada Taiwan dessert.
Perbandingan takaran bubuk pudding & air adalah 1:7 atau 50gr powder untuk 350ml air.
Cara Membuat Pudding:
1. Takaran Pudding powder adalah 50gr banding 350ml Air (perbandingan normal, dpt diubah sesuai selera).
2. Masukkan seluruh bahan ke dalam panci, nyalakan api sambil aduk rata.
3. Masak selama 5 menit dengan api kecil sambil diaduk.
4. Setelah masak, matikan api dan tuangkan cairan pudding ke suatu wadah cetakan dan biarkan dahulu di suhu ruangan selama 15 menit.
5. Setelah itu barulah masukkan pudding yang sudah tidak terlalu panas ke dalam kulkas.
6. Diamkan pudding sekitar 1 jam di kulkas.
7. Keluarkan dari kulkas, pudding sudah siap untuk disajikan.
