From the lush fields of Uji, Kyoto, our premium Okumidori matcha undergoes a meticulous shading process for at least 20 days, followed by steaming, drying, and being stone-ground by hand in small batches.
Storage Informations:
Our Matcha + Protein lasts up to 12 months, however we recommend you to consume within 6 months after opened. Keep your Matcha + Protein in a cool place or refrigerated (do avoid sunlight!) to keep your Matcha fresh and tasty!
