Select a thread color from the options provided in the drop down box. Thread color options are the best matches for colors on the fabric of the item ordered. If you prefer another color please send us an Etsy conversation (convo) requesting what you would prefer. 2. Select a font type from the options provided in the drop down box. Fonts are shown on the last picture in the listing. 3. Enter personalization exactly as it should appear including upper and lower case letters (or type “None” for no personalization). Name (up to 15 letters). Names are embroidered with an upper case first letter and the remaining letters all lower case. For example: Ann rather than “ANN”. If you type in “ANN” we assume you want all capital letters and will stitch with all capitals letters. 4. We will send a message through Etsy conversations (convo) if we have questions regarding your order specifications. If we do not get a response within 48 hours we will stitch the item in a professional manner as we deem appropriate for the item.
