Its dose of L-Arginine and Panthenol work in synergy to gently hydrate and soothe, preventing excess dryness without leaving an oily finish. Also contains Alpafor Alp-Sebum, an ingredient rich in flavonoids and Oenothein B to aid the regulation of sebum levels and help combat inflammation.
