Description

The Makita® 4-1/2 inch SJS™ High-Power Paddle Switch Angle Grinder is built to bring more power to any jobsite, with a large motor and industry-leading safety technology to extend your tool's life. This electric angle grinder design features a light and powerful 13 Amp motor, capable of generating up to 10,500 rpm for reducing work time and allowing you to finish jobs faster. The tool's lightweight 5.3-pound design is only 12-1/8 inches long, reducing fatigue on long jobs. The design of the Makita angle grinder also makes use of Makita's Super Joint System®, which extends motor life by allowing drive shaft slippage if the grinding wheel suddenly stops. Labyrinth style construction seals also prevent dust and flak from infiltrating the motor compartment, further reducing tool maintenance time.
