Madu Multiflora An Nah :
Madu Multiflora berasal dari lebah Apis dorsata yang biasa hidup di hutan-hutan Jawa Barat. Madu dipanen dan dikemas secara higienis oleh tenaga berpengalaman.
An Nahl selaku produsen Madu Multiflora An Nahl InsyaAllah menjamin keaslian madu dan secara berkala melakukan pengujian sampel madu di laboratorium yang telah terakreditasi KAN.
Aktifitas enzim diastase menunjukkan enzim yang terdapat di madu alami. Standar SNI untuk madu minimal 3 DN. Di label madu An Nahl tercantum nilainya 4DN. Tapi kandungannya bisa bervariasi tergantung hasil panennya, contohnya hasil uji lab madu baku di bulan maret, nilainya lebih dari 12DN.
Ada beberapa mitos soal madu. Katanya madu asli tidak disemutin. Ini mitos. Madu asli tetap disukai
semut. Kecuali kalau madunya masih berada di sarang tawon. Semut tidak mau mendekat. Katanya madu asli tidak membeku jika dimasukkan kulkas. Ini juga mitos. Madu membeku atau tidak tergantung komposisi gula pereduksi yang ada di dalam madu.
