The filling is homemade. We made roasted oolong tea milk jam (eggless) and the milk bread itself is eggless too! We ensured to have used to right amount of tea leaves for the jam, making sure it's strong enough for tea lovers to enjoy, but not too strong that it tastes bitter.
It has a slight milky flavor too to balance out the tea.
The Milk Bread itself is infused with more oolong tea leaves!
It is RB Tea's signature Roasted Oolong in a form on Milk Bread.
