On a scale of 1 to 10, how much confidence do you think you have? Suppose the number "1" means that you are full of anxiety and doubts about most things, whether in matters of work or your personal life. You distance yourself from colleagues, but also from those in any social environment. Also, many things in life bother you and disturb you, and you find the world a very frightening and dangerous place. On the other hand, the number 10 means that you feel completely confident in all aspects of your life. You are not only comfortable, but absolutely sure that you can overcome all life challenges. You feel completely secure in your friendships and personal relationships. You also know how good you are at your job. So, where did you put yourself? Before we go any further, I suggest you answer the question, and identify a number that ranks how much confidence you have. Chances are you won't get a score of 1 or 10. Obviously, very low confidence is not a good or desirable thing; It will make all life matters very difficult, such as expressing what you want in front of your co-workers, in dealing with your new friends, in dating sessions for marriage, or during job interviews, and will even make it difficult for the owner to feel peace of mind in general.
