Ambil wadah masukkan 3 sdm(rata) tepung klerut. Lalu tuang 3 sdm air es. Aduk2 hingga rata & jadi larutan.
Panaskan 11 sdm air dalam panci/wajan kecil. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api posisi paling kecil, tuang larutan tepung klerut, sambil langsung diaduk cepat. Hingga larutan dari berwarna putih tepung menjadi putih bening. Matikan kompor. Tunggu agak hangat, dikonsumsi sebelum makan makanan apa pun. Baiknya pagi hari. Konsumsi selama beberapa hari, tergantung tingkat keparahan.
NB. Memasak sesuai porsi takaran menyesuaikan sesuai kebutuhan:ok_hand:
Sebaiknya jangan pakai santan untuk terapi pengobatan makanan pendamping,mudah cerna dan bagus untuk pemulihan asam lambung,masalah usus, atau pencernaan:ok_hand:
