Ingredients
Instant oat, Chia seed, Sunflower seed, Pumpkin seed, Cacao powder, Chocolate bar, Raisin, Blueberry.
How to Make:
- Shake well everytime before use
- Put 6 tbsp of the mix into a bowl
- Pour over 150 to 200ml of your preferred milk. If you want it warm and instant, use hotmilk. If you want it cold in the morning, use regular or cold milk.
- Stir to desired consistency
- Serve directly if you want it hot. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight if you want it cold.
