Cokelat compound yang memiliki karakteristik cokelat yang sangat sesuai dengan pasar dan keadaan iklim Indonesia. Varian rasa yang lengkap menyesuaikan dengan keinginan pasar di semua kelas.
Komposisi : Gula Kristal, Lemak nabati (mengandung antioksidan tokoferol campuran pekat dan askorbil palmitat), Susu bubuk, Pengemulsi lesitin kedelai, Perisa alami jeruk, perisa sintetik vanilla, Pewarna tartrazin CI No. 19140
Cara Penggunaan :
1. Potong Cokelat menjadi potongan kecil.
2. Lumerkan didalam panci stainless steel dengan cara di tim diatas air panas hingga 45°C.
3. Hindarkan panas yang berlebihan (air tidak sampai mendidih) Pastikan air tidak masuk ke dalam cokelat.
4. Pelumeran dapat juga dilakukan dengan microwave / oven, pada panas sedang selama 2.5 – 4 menit secara berulang hingga didapat cokelat lumer yang sempurna.
5. Turunkan suhu hingga mencapai 33 – 35°C dan cokelat siap digunakan.
