The coffee tree wildy grown in a humid and misty forest and the very high altitude makes the forest is almost inaccessible by car.
Because of the inconsistent climate changes in Indonesia, coffee trees there grow very slowly. This slow growth makes the coffee cherry absorb more from the trees, soil, and surrounding nature thus the unique flavor. A very minimal human interaction also contributes to the magic of this coffee.
