Contains: anchovy & dried shrimp
1. Store in fridge | 3 months or more| need to heat up slowly
Try to consume it within 3 months and keep it refrigerated for longer usage.
If refrigerated, it will be solidified. Heat it on low in the microwave without the steel lid.
Note: don't heat it at a high temperature as chili will get burnt.
2. Shelf | 1 month | can consume instantly
For room temperature, can hold probably up to 1 month or more.
As it depends on the temperature and humidity.
Suggestion: To keep it inside a dark and dry shelf.
Try it if you like chili oil that is not too spicy but flavorful. It's including a pouch of "umami bomb" if you like an extra natural MSG alike kick.
