LONGAN ATAU LENGKENG KERING
Longan/Lengkeng kering adalah kelengkeng yang diawetkan dengan cara dikeringkan. Biasa dipakai sebagai campuran makanan. Rasanya yang manis cocok untuk melengkapi sajian es buah atau bubur.ataupun sebagai campuran dalam kuah ayam obat.
Di pasaran terdapat 2 jenis lengkeng kering yang berwarna hitam (China) dan kuning (Thailand).
Manfaat dari lengkeng adalah untuk mengatasi insomnia, menyehatkan jantung, memperkuat limpa, meningkatkan produksi darah merah dan sangat cocok dikonsumsi oleh wanita sehabis melahirkan dalam masa nifas.
Resep untuk membuat air longan penambah asi:
10 longan kering
5 butir angco
air panas satu gelas
seduh selama 15menit atau di masak sampai mendidih, diamkan 10 menit dan boleh di minum perlahan.
