Installation steps: Start by drilling the rivets from the existing handle and removing the screws using a 3/16 drill bit. Place the new lift handle into the punched slots in the main arm and align the rivet holes. Pass the rivets through the holes in the main arm. The hex nut is placed on the rivet shaft and against the split shoulder. If the nut is not used the rivet will not hold properly. Tighten the rivet with the rivet gun to secure the handle repeat the above steps for the second rivet.
