Lessons from Mother Earth

Tess has visited her grandma many times without really being aware of her garden. But today when they step out the door, Tess learns that all of nature can be a garden. She discovers that if you take care of the plants that are growing and you learn about them — understanding when they flower, when they bear fruit, and when to leave them alone — you will always find something to nourish you. Tess is grateful to Mother Earth and to her grandmother for their teachings.
