Lem PU EXCEL ONE produk RECTAVIT dari Belgia dengan komponen tunggal (tanpa campuran), cair, lem kayu polyurethane tahan air-sesuai DIN 68602 D4. Pemakaian cocok untuk sambungan kayu Furniture
Lem kami telah digunakan berbagai industry furniture di Jawa Tengah (jepara, blora, Yogyakarta), Jawa Timur Banyuwangi, Jawa Barat dan Bali
Kelebihan :
1. Langsung siap pakai, tinggal dioles ke bidang kayu yang akan dilem
2. Tahan 4 musim cocok untuk ekspor ke Eropa atau negara2 lainnya.
3. mengembang saat dipanaskan.
4. suhu anti mulai -30C s/d +100C
5. dapat tergores atau di cat
6. dapat diamplas dengan mudah.
7. bahan mengisi bagian yang renggang
8. anti air
Cara Pemakaian
1. Permukaan yang akan di lem harus bebas debu dan partikel2 lainnya
2. Gunakan acetone untuk membersihkan minyak.
3. Materi yang akan dilem tidak boleh tergores.
4. Oleskan lem langsung dari botol pada bidang kayu yang akan direkat
5. Permukaan yang sudah diolesi lem bisa langsung disambungkan.
6. Maksimal waktu setting EXCEL ONE adalah 25 menit
7. Sebelum waktu maksimal setting, kedua bagian kayu harus sudah ditempelkan
8. Waktu press Excelone adalah 1-2 jam
