The title is a collaboration between Lego, Traveller’s Tales and Warner Bros. in order to bring the world of Lego to reality in a virtual manner. The game is based on the legendary LOTR or Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. It has a PEGI rating of 7 and is part of the Special Toy Edition. You can immerse yourself in the LOTR based single player campaign or you can also skip it to go right to the multiplayer cooperative play. The action adventure game is a great source of entertainment for kids, Lego and LOTR fans alike. The player can play the game with family and friends in a cooperative environment. The story in the game has been tweaked ever so slightly to introduce comic elements into the title. Even though the game generally follows the events like in the movies, with the altered scenes, it is now friendlier and more family oriented. Some of the new features that have been added to the game set it apart from its previous titles, like how players travel in between levels through Middle Earth and switch stories through character swaps. As the protagonist, you can always collect new weapons and magical enchantments.
