Three years ago, at the very beginning our journey in specialty coffee, we decided to support a small group of farmers in Kamojang highland, Garut, gathered in a local coop named Wanoja Coop. Grown in Guntur Mountain at 1500 MASL they produce their first crop ever. Along with some friends, we bought their first crop as for their working capital to continue the work and investing on a lot of new baby coffee plant prospected for their serious specialty coffee path. There were various lot, our friends have theirs and we have as well, named Geranggang. Now, after three years passed, the lot is harvested and we couldnt be more prouder as the crop is magnificent with barely minimum defect. We took the lot for washed processed and this is our first ever support for local farmer in specialty coffee path in Indonesia. In December 2019, this coffee got reviewed by Coffeereview.com and the result was pretty impressive, 94pts. The score that got this coffee among the top tier coffee of the world.
