Papua is a vast land in Indonesia with area of about 500K km2. Mountain range of Jayawijaya with its eternal snow stretched on this land. It is also rich in natural resources and has more than 301 native tribes. The coffee farms are spread out in the natural forest of Jayawijaya with elevation around 1200 - 2000 Masl. With the fertile soils, the coffee plants grow healthy without use of pesticide nor fertilizer. Due to their remote areas and lack of access, the coffee has to be transported many times before reach the big city.

Cenderawasih: Cenderawasih (bird of paradise/ Paradisaeidae) is an iconic bird of Papua. The most favorite species is the greater bird-of-paradise (Paradisae apoda/ big-yellow Cenderawasih.) The adult of big-yellow Cenderawasih is measured up to 40 cm (17 inch) excluding the long twin tail wires, and 170 gr in weight The Papua tribes consider the birds as heaven deities. The birds have very magnificent feathers which made them always targeted by hunters. And fortunately, the birds are now legally protected under Indonesia laws as endangered animals.
