Peaberry - Biji Lanang
A coffee cherry usually consists of 2 coffee beans, but under some circumstances, a coffee cherry could consist of only 1 coffee bean. This particular bean is what we call Peaberry. The bean is smaller and rounder than normal beans. Nevertheless, it produces a more unique flavor and tastes better than normal beans.
Sebuah ceri kopi biasanya berisi 2 biji kopi namun dalam situasi tertentu, ada ceri kopi yang hanya berisi 1 biji kopi. Biji kopi inilah yang disebut dengan Biji Lanang. Biji ini lebih kecil dan lebih bulat daripada biji pada umumnya. Meskipun begitu, biji ini lebih mengeluarkan rasa unik dan lebih enak dibanding dengan biji biasa.
