Finca Don Obar, a coffee farm nestled on the slopes of Mount Papandayan within the Nangklak block, stands at an impressive altitude of 1630 meters above sea level. Under the leadership of Eka Teguh Kurniawan, the farm is dedicated to excellence during the harvest season. Each coffee cherry is handpicked with utmost care to ensure the tree remains unscathed, and only the ripest red cherries are selected. This mixed variety of Typica, Sigararutang, and Yellow Bourbon coffee is grown at 1630 masl and processed using an Anaerobic Natural process with 120 Hours of fermentation. Expect fruity notes such as Orange balanced with sweet aromatic notes like Black Tea and Toffee. This coffee is celebrated for its bright, fruity acidity, smooth body, and complex flavor profile making it a standout among Indonesian coffees.
