Coffee Story :
This is our very first private's lot,
we worked together with koh christian since 2021,
we are amazed with his coffees. Last year we have the takengon pegasing with abyssinia and typica varietals, This time we make it even more “clarity” with only 1 variety, typica. Why typica? Typica as we all know that, that is one of the very first variety in arabica. It has really silky texture and unbelievable sweetness. Cherry picked from coffee trees that fertilized using eco-enzym to elevate the sweetness level. Flow process started with anaerobic with endothermic method which cherries are soaked in controlled temperature water (14-16 degrees celcius) to develop organic bacteria for 3 days. This coffee cultivated in quite difficult area to reach.
Koh Christian is eager to support coffee farmers there. For better and competitive results, they created an ecogreen village such coffee husks that can be used for fertilizer to achieve zero waste.
