ARUTALA Arabica Gayo Wine coffee is a type of coffee that comes from the post-harvestprocess which is processed through a fermentation process so as to produce a unique tasteresembling the aroma of wine. Therefore, wine coffee or coffee wine is also often calledfermented coffee. This method of processing coffee wine is quite different from other coffees. Arutala ArabicaGayo Wine coffee processing starts from picking ripe coffee beans, then processed throughone of the post-harvest processing methods, In this case, our wine coffee will go through afermentation process with the dry process / natural process, which is the direct drying processof whole coffee beans along with the coffee fruit and skin to dry out naturally in the sun. This process does require a longer time than other coffee processing, which is 30 days duringthose periods the wine coffee will go through the process of cupping and drying untilrepeatedly so as to create a strong taste and aroma of wine.
