Konus 20mm Kellner Eyepiece

The Konus Kellner 20mm eyepiece comes with fully coated optics to give sharp contrast, and great light transmission. Light transmission is of great importance when viewing faint deep sky objects such as nebula. Instead of just seeing faint cloud now you can see its full shape. Contrast is important when doing planetary viewing and shaper contrast allows the viewer to see finer surface details. Makes a great medium to a high power eyepiece. A 114mm f/6 telescope will give you a magnification of 34X and an 8 inch SCT will be 102X magnification. The larger field of view allows you to see more in the eyepiece and the 20mm eyepiece comes with a 50 degree field of view.
