The book is actually a newly expanded edition of a title that has been out of print for quite a few years. The author, Max, has brought it up to date and expanded the text. Originally, Max s jumping in point was the importance of the area to the careers of both the Rolling Stones and the Sex Pistols, but the project expanded to talk about the entire social history of the road and the area. It s a little outside of what Omnibus typically publish, but our commissioning editor Baz has such a love of the book that he set the wheels in motion for this release. We have a limited edition of 500 which are signed and include a specially commissioned map by illustrator Helen Cann. Let me know if you d like to put any of these specials aside for you!
