The OLFA 28mm RTY-1/C Quick-Change Rotary Cutter is the answer for intricate cuts and detailed shapes.
The small size allows for turner tighter corners than its larger counterparts, ideal for fabric cutting or quilting projects that require small shapes or narrow strips.
Also ideal for template work and cutting out patterns.
This cutter features a durable handle with a blade cover for safety.
Change the blade in a snap with a sliding lock to release the old blade and attach a new one. 
The OLFA Tungsten steel blade provides a long-lasting sharp edge for a wide array of projects.
Use the hole at the opposite end of this durable quilting tool to hang the cutter, keep your space organized and keep your best rotary cutter within reach.

FEATURES:
- Freely cut various materials: Rotary cutter equipped with a 28mm-diameter rotary blade is easy to maneuver. Cuts cloth, paper, rubber sheets, film, and other materials at will.
How to Use:
- Pull the blade cover toward you to expose the blade. Use blade cover fully when not in use.
- Cut by pressing against the object on a cutting mat.
- Do not place your fingers near blade.
- Blades that cut perforations can also be used: PRB28, which cuts perforations (sold separately), can also be attached.
- Quick Blade Change: Blade can be unloaded with a single touch. Minimal loose parts to avoid risk of misplacement.
How to REPLACE Blade:
*Do not change blade in the palm of your hand!
1. Position blade side down,
2. Pull down clasp on the back side and release blade.
3. Replace the blade with a new one and set it in place.
4. Push up the clasp to secure blade firmly.
Applicable BLADES:
- RB28 > Rotary blade for 28mm Rotary Cutters.
- PRB28 > Perforation blade for "PRC-3" and 28mm Rotary Cutters.
WARNING:
OLFA blades are extremely sharp.
